How the Line Works

Packages, typically palletized goods, are first conveyed to the vertical strapping machine. Here, compression is applied, and straps are automatically tensioned and sealed around the load, securing layers and reducing volume. The strapped load then proceeds to the rotating ring wrapping machine. The wrapping machine applies stretch film around the load, rotating efficiently to create a protective and unitizing layer, completing the packaging process.

This integrated approach ensures that packages are both tightly bound for stability (strapping) and protected from external elements and further unitized (wrapping) in a single, seamless operation.
