This equipment is powered by a hydraulic station and utilizes cylinders for rapid and efficient upending operations. With its uncomplicated design, it features a robust flipping platform coupled with a hydraulic mechanism for seamless functionality. The platform itself is constructed with a reinforced frame to handle various loads such as paper rolls and molds. For optimal performance and longevity, the Upenders come with the option of either electric or hydraulic drives. Both configurations include a substantial braking system to guarantee consistent safety during the handling of heavy loads, at any given moment.

TIP 2: Structure of the upender includes below parts

To meet specific load-bearing requirements, the upender’s design is tailored based on the weight of the load it needs to handle. The frame of the device is fortified both externally and internally to accommodate an approximate 20% margin above the maximum load capacity.
