Our fully enclosed Cable Coil Shrink Wrapping Machine is specifically designed to streamline the packaging process for wire and cable coils. After the coils are cut to the required size, they are automatically fed into the machine via a conveyor belt, ensuring a precise and efficient heat shrink packaging operation.

- Automatic Transfer: After sealing and cutting, coils are automatically transferred to the heat shrinking unit via a conveyor belt for the final shrink packaging.
- Adjustable Conveyor: Conveyor belt tension and conveying time can be adjusted, ensuring stable tension for smooth feeding of coils into the shrink bag.
- Energy-Efficient Shrink Tunnel: Features a double-layer insulation device to minimize heat loss and reduce energy consumption.
- Uniform Heat Distribution: A fan within the heat shrink machine ensures the heat source is evenly distributed throughout the furnace.
- Temperature Control: The temperature in the heat shrinking machine is adjustable, typically ranging from 150℃ to 200℃.
- Enhanced Safety: All operational parts are equipped with safety guards and emergency stop devices to protect the operator.
- Intuitive Control: An HMI and PLC control system allows for easy modification, storage, and adjustment of process parameters like wire diameter and line speed via a user-friendly touchscreen interface.
