China’s block machine manufacturer specializing in automatic block production lines.

The Full-automatic Block Production Line is a comprehensive system that integrates six different processes: batching, mixing, molding, transportation, stacking, and packaging. This production line is capable of producing a variety of concrete products, including colorful pavement bricks, cement blocks, water conservancy products, hydraulic products, hollow blocks, and concrete wall blocks.

The production line operates using a closed-loop process design, which involves the use of computers, sensors, electromechanical hydraulic components, and mechanical components. The entire production process is computer-controlled and mechanized. This includes measuring the moisture content of raw materials using sensors, adjusting the moisture ratio through intelligent dynamic adjustment and mixing, transporting and molding the wet material, controlling production, conveying wet bricks, lifting and stacking them using an elevator, transporting them to a curing kiln using an automatic finger car, and recognizing empty kiln and kiln numbers. The process also involves feeding the wet products into the curing kiln, transporting the cured products to a lowerator, lowering them onto a dry product conveyor, transferring them to the palletizing area, and stacking them onto pallets using an automatic palletizing gripper. Finally, the dry products are transported to the packaging area using a platform lorry.

The Full-automatic Block Production Line is composed of several different systems:

1. Batching (Dosing) system: This system is computer-controlled and automatically measures and transfers different raw materials based on the product formula.

2. Mixing system: The mixing system is used for the force mixing of various concrete products. The computer controls the mixing time, water addition amount, and door opening and discharging time. The mixed material is then fed into the molding machine via a conveyor.

3. Molding system: The molding system is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) computer and uses hydraulic transmission and vibration compression molding. It can produce different products and materials based on computer control. The system has various functions such as automatic fault detection, man-machine dialogue, and remote control. It can also produce different types and specifications of molds to create different cement blocks and other popular products.

4. Elevator system: The elevator system uses mechanical synchronous transmission and is controlled by a PLC computer. It can raise molded products to different floors depending on the product type.

5. Finger car system: This system is operated by a PLC computer and uses a finger car to transport products. The finger car can start at low speed and run at high speed, and it automatically slows down, brakes, and stops when in place. It transports products to the curing kiln for curing and then takes out the cured products to the lowerator.

6. Lowerator and palletizing system: The lowerator lowers products to a brick conveyor, which transports them to the palletizing area. The products are then stacked onto pallets and transported to the finished product stacking yard. The pallets are cleaned, and the panel turnover machine returns to the pallet stock of the molding machine. The entire process can be controlled manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically.

In addition to the main systems, the Full-automatic Block Production Line also includes associated equipment such as a cement silo, batching machines, screw conveyors, cement scales, mixing stations, aggregate mixers, belt conveyors, cleaning machines, elevators, finger cars, lowerators, pallet conveyors, tray bins, finished product conveyors, cuber systems, tray cleaning machines, pallet tumbler machines, pedestrian ladders, hydraulic systems, centralized control systems, strapping stations, film wrapping machines, forklifts, curing chambers, and wheel loaders.

Overall, the Full-automatic Block Production Line is a highly efficient and automated system that can produce a wide range of concrete products. It offers precise control, flexibility, and multi-purpose functionality, making it a valuable asset for manufacturers in the construction industry.,
