Product Handling & Automation

The machine's infeed and outfeed conveyors work in tandem to automatically stabilize the product as it passes through the wrapping ring. While automatic, the system allows for manual adjustment of the run length to compensate for different product heights, ensuring optimal film placement. The wrapping cycle is fully automated by the dual rod cut and clamp system, which securely finishes the wrap without manual intervention after the product has been positioned.

Control Interface

Operation is managed via a 7-inch color touch screen. This interface provides clear, easily understandable controls for monitoring and adjusting all wrapping processes. The ability to save up to 20 distinct wrapping programs streamlines operation for recurring product types, reducing setup time and potential errors.

R-Connect System

The SH-R5 is equipped with SHJLPACK's R-Connect system. This technology provides valuable operational insights by allowing users to monitor machine usage and performance data through a cloud connection.
