The system is engineered to perform a two-stage packaging operation. Initially, each individual panel is wrapped for protection. Following this, panels are stacked into groups of 4 to 5 onto paper pallets.
Packaging Process Overview
- Individual Panel Wrapping: Each panel undergoes initial wrapping by an automatic wrapping machine.
- Stacking: Wrapped panels are then stacked, typically 4 to 5 panels high, onto paper pallets.
- Stack Wrapping: The stacked column of panels on the pallet is then processed by the automatic wrapping machine with a rotating ring, securing the entire load.
- Labeling: A dedicated labeling machine applies labels to two sides of the wrapped stack (at 0° and 90° angles).
- Discharge: The completed, labeled stack is then discharged from the system.
