High-Speed Ring Wrapping
The system features a high-speed ring wrapping machine capable of handling 100 to 120 pallets per hour. This component utilizes a rotating ring mechanism to apply stretch film efficiently around the stacked paper products. It is equipped with a motorized pre-stretch trolley designed to accommodate large film rolls, typically 18 to 20 kg, minimizing downtime for film changes and maintaining continuous operation.
Load Top Protection
An integrated automatic top sheet dispenser is included in the line. This device automatically positions a rigid top sheet onto the pack during the strapping phase. This provides an extra layer of protection against dust, moisture, and handling damage for the top surface of the load.
Secure Vertical Strapping
For load stabilization, the line incorporates a vertical strapping machine. This machine features an automatic compactor which compresses the load before strapping, ensuring density and stability. Crucially, it employs a sword mechanism that passes through the pallet structure, allowing the strapping arch to be closed beneath the load. This process definitively stabilizes the load by firmly anchoring the strapping directly to the pallet, preventing shifting during transit.
