The SHJLPACK SH-MC is specifically engineered for efficient and reliable shrink wrapping of products. It is designed to deliver a production rate of approximately 60 to 70 packs per hour, making it suitable for various industrial applications.

Design and Operation

The oven system comprises two main functional parts:

1. The Heat Shrinking Chamber: This section automatically handles the packages as they move through the shrinking process.
2. Heating System: Available in two configurations:
   • Gas Edition: Features a lateral combustion chamber. A technologically advanced heat exchanger and lagging prevent combustion fumes from mixing with the air inside the chamber, maintaining air purity and high operational levels.
   • Electric Edition: Utilizes a dedicated heating chamber to generate hot air.

Both versions ensure high and constant regulation of internal hot air circulation, which is crucial for uniform heat application to the film on all sides of the product.

Energy Efficiency and Insulation

A core focus in the design of the SH-MC oven is energy saving. This is achieved through:

• High Insulation Levels: The oven's specific thickness and door insulation are carefully designed, studied, and tested to minimize heat loss.
• Optimized Door System: A "shutter" door system, controlled by independent motors for inlet and outlet access, adjusts its position based on pack sizes. This reduces the open area during package transfer, further minimizing heat escape.
• Airtight Chamber: The sealed design prevents the circulation of any fumes produced by the system, contributing to operational efficiency and environmental control.

Shrink Performance

The internal hot air recirculation device is specifically designed to guarantee that the shrink film receives the same shrinking temperature across the entire surface of the product.
