The SHJLPACK Ceramic Product Packaging Line is engineered specifically for the robust packaging requirements of the ceramic sector. It provides a complete, automated solution by integrating key packaging technologies to ensure product stability and protection throughout the supply chain.
The system employs a combination of strapping, hooding, and shrinking processes, complemented by the application of four edge protectors, to produce a highly stable and protected package. This preparation makes the ceramic products secure and ready for immediate movement and safe storage.
Key operations performed by the line include:
* **Strapping with Compaction:** Both horizontal and vertical strapping operations are conducted. Compaction ensures a tight and secure load.
* **Protective Hooding:** A hooding machine places a tubular film over the product. This provides essential protection against atmospheric agents such as dust and moisture.
* **Shrink Wrapping:** A dedicated shrink wrapping system ensures a maximum mechanical seal around the package.
The automated packaging process follows a precise sequence to optimize efficiency and package integrity:
1. **Pallet Centering:** The pallet is accurately centered on the transport system by an electromechanical device.
2. **Horizontal Strapping:** The pallet moves to the horizontal strapping machine. This machine applies four edge protectors for corner reinforcement and secures the load with three horizontal straps.
3. **Vertical Strapping:** A vertical strapping machine with a rotating table allows the product to be rotated. This enables the application of vertical straps that effectively fix the product securely to the pallet.
4. **Protective Hooding:** The hooding machine is integrated into the line to apply the protective tubular film over the entire load.
5. **Heat Shrinking:** The final stage involves the shrinking oven. This oven features four latest-generation gas-fired air blowers to perform the heat shrinking process. A hydraulic lift within the oven ensures that the film completely wraps the entire pallet, creating a tight, durable seal.
This integrated approach results in packaged ceramic products that are highly stable, well-protected against physical damage and environmental factors, and optimally prepared for handling, warehousing, and transportation.
