Vertical Tension Wire Accumulator

This unit manages the wire tension before coiling, ensuring a smooth and consistent feed.

  • Frame: Constructed from assembled and welded steel plate.
  • Power: Driven by a reducing-speed motor.
  • Tension Adjustment: Allows precise tension control for winding. Tension is regulated by a tension control cabinet (DC-24V power). A meter indicates the current tension level. A synchronous device automatically adjusts take-up speed to prevent wire overstretch or breakage.
  • Accumulating Length: Stores 5m to 20m of wire.
  • Safety Features: Equipped with limit switches at both ends. The machine stops automatically in case of wire breakage.
  • Anti-collision: Utilizes a compression spring mechanism.

Automatic Coiling Machine

This is the core unit for forming the wire coils, such as the SH-PCL-W800 model.

Machine Details:

  • Length Meter Counter: Features an adjustable encoder wheel for precise length measurement (to the centimeter). Wheels are made of durable, treated material (sprayed aluminum alloy/ceramic), with a PU-covered lower wheel to protect the wire. A single-direction bearing prevents wire inversion.
  • Winder Head: Provides automatic wire infeed. A servo-controlled dispenser shapes the coil. The winder head starts and stops precisely for winding and strapping positioning. It automatically stops take-up when the pre-set length is reached, followed by the coiling head opening.
  • Traverse: Moves the winder head under computer and servo motor control.
  • Portal Cutter: Automatically cuts the wire when the pre-set length is reached. The cutter is made from special steel, vacuum-heated for high hardness and long lifespan.
  • Control System: Operated via HMI and PLC. Winding parameters like length, coil width, alarms, and speed are set here. IOT features can provide monitoring capabilities. Operators can adjust wire length, diameter, and speed while the machine is running.

Automatic Coil Strapping Machine

This unit automatically applies and secures strapping around the finished coils.

The strapping machine dispenses, tensions, and seals polypropylene (PP) strap while the coil is in position. It uses a heat weld joint. The motor powers off automatically when the strap is inserted.

Machine Details:
