How It Works

Operating within a conveyor system, the SH-LR1800FZ receives a palletized load. Sensors detect the load's presence and position. The swing arm, mounted to a frame, begins to rotate around the stationary load, applying stretch film from bottom to top and back down. Simultaneously, or at a programmed point in the cycle, the top sheet dispenser applies a sheet of film or material to the top of the load. Once the programmed number of wraps is completed, the system automatically cuts the film, secures the tail, and the wrapped load is conveyed to the next station.
