SHJLPACK offers a complete multi-product automatic packaging line specifically engineered for the efficient and reliable packaging of paper goods. Designed to handle high volumes in demanding environments, this line integrates multiple functions to ensure packages are prepared and finished to the highest standards.

This advanced system is built around a series of integrated machines, working together to process packages seamlessly:

* **Squaring Device:** Ensures that each pack is perfectly centered and squared on the transport system before subsequent processing stages.

* **Dust Removal Device:** Utilizes a highly effective vacuum system to thoroughly remove any dust particles from the pallet and the product surface, ensuring a clean package.

* **Double Reel Top Sheet Device:** Automatically applies a protective top sheet using a dual-reel system for continuous operation.

* **Vertical Wrapping Machines (Two Units):** Equipped with two motorized film reels per machine, these units apply shrink film around the pack with significant tension, ensuring a firm and secure wrap.

* **Film Edge Tucking Device:** Neatly tucks the excess film edges, providing a clean finish and preventing snagging or unraveling.

* **Shrinking Oven:** A heat-based shrinking process fueled by natural gas or LPG (as required) applies controlled heat to the shrink film. This process achieves millimeter adhesion of the film to the pack, creating a tight, protective cover that conforms precisely to the product's shape.

* **Vertical Compactor:** Applies downward pressure to the wrapped and shrunk pack, ensuring stability and creating a perfectly formed, dense package.

* **Shuttles / LGV Integration:** The entire line incorporates Laser Guided Vehicles (LGVs) or similar automated shuttle systems to move packages efficiently between different processing stations and for further handling, enabling fully automatic operation.
